She has so much luster though that it is difficult to get a good picture of her. Adding a great white female with color on BOTH sides of her background is a great way to get the best of both worlds. You also get two (2), additional breedings to Any Black Meadow Farm Herdsire. That includes Ameripacas Linebacker, AVS Kona or AVS Merlin.

What that means to you is that you won't have to worry about breeding any of your alpacas for over 18 months because the breedings are included at no charge!

As a spacial bonus, we are also including Black Meadow's Bullseye. This upcoming male Junior Herdsire can be bred to both Min Fu and River.

Nanda is currently bred to Merlin, one of Black Meadow's top herdsires. The third female is Seta Devi, Nanda's 2009 cria. Born July 16th at 1:00 in the afternoon at Black Meadow Farm. She came out weighing 25 pounds. This girl has the ropey, tighty twisted fiber that we have been working toward over the last couple of years. We are calling her Seta which means silk in Italian. Seta is light fawn in color and is out of our champion stud Merlin.

Arriving two weeks ahead of schedule, Kena was confidently walking aside this mother when we walked out into the field. His Dam is Nanda Devi and his sire is Epazote. Kena is one of the calmest and sweetest alpacas that we have.

Arriving pretty close to schedule, Jersey Joe is Kore's third straight black cria. Joe has a lot of luster and lock.

Both alpacas have been together since birth and are inseparable. Both also have a calm sweet manner and get along with our other hersires.

Kena and Jersey Joe both have lots of dense fiber but also have charactistics which will prevent them from being show and breeding quality alpacas. Joe's conformation is a little off and Kena's fiber, while very dense, does not have a lot of lock structure.

Kena and Joe would be great fiber alpacas and with their dispositions and would be ideal for kids performance and 4H projects.
