Black Meadow Suris and Ivy League Farm

Welcomes Its Cria Class Of 2009!

Born July 16th at 1:00 in the afternoon at Black Meadow Farm. This is our second female this year and she came out weighing 25 pounds. We are calling her Seta which means silk in Italian. Seta is light fawn in color and is out of our champion stud Merlin.
Born June 4th at 6:30 in the morning at Black Meadow Farm. From the first moment that we saw him, there was only one name that we could call him. Bullseye! This all white male except for his rump is a Snowmass Cadence Cria and a half brother to Linebacker.

Born June 1st at Black Meadow Farm. This good looking fella looks a lot like Merlin, his sire. His IGG was over 3,000! He will be named Twisted Magic.

ILFS  Verdun - Born on May 28th at Ivy League Farm, this healthy, 20.5 pound male is an Antoniy look-a-like.

Princeton

ILFS Princeton:  Born on April 15th, this is a lustrious, healthy, robust, and very active cria.  His pedigree holds great Suri names, such as Accoyo Camion, Papacito, Rigitoni, Renzo.  He is show quality and at a pre-weaning price of only $2,000.00 is a real bargain.

His sire, Jonah has outstanding bay black fleece—leaning towards true black. His rich color, density, lock formation, fineness and exceptional coverage have earned him many awards and admiration from farm visitors. His fleece exhibits luster and a soft, silky feel. With defined neck locks and that typical Suri back part, even when shorn, Jonah is impressive, standing proud and tall within the herd. He has superb conformation, strong bone, straight legs and a very muscular neck, making him quite impressive to look at. Jonah has a perfect bite and has never had his teeth trimmed.

River had her first cria and while it was a couple of days early, it was a a healthy boy with lots of fiber. A Captain Morgan boy cria on March 5, 2009, weighing in at 20 pounds and is going to be called Black Meadow's Drago Marrone which means Brown Dragon in Italian. Both mother and cria are doing great!
