That's correct. Captain Morgan is going to be coming out to Black Meadow Farm this Fall 2009 just in time for breeding season. Black Meadow Farm and Wings & A Prayer Alpacas have partnered to bring this 4 time Futurity Reserve Herdsire Champion out east. Captain Morgan's normal breeding fee is $5,000 but due to the economy and strong east coast interest, we will be offering breedings at a 40% discount! The breeding fees will be as follows:
A single breeding: $3,000.00. This includes Wings & A Prayer Alpaca's Suri Cria Guarantee.
Second Chance Female Offer
For an additional $495.00 we are also offering a second chance female offer. If you happen to have a male cria the first breeding (not a bad thing in any market!), but if you do and you buy the second chance female offer, a follow-up breeding to Captain Morgan will be offered at no cost!
Already have a breeding reserved with Captain Morgan?
No problem. For those that already have recognized breedings to Captain Morgan, Black Meadow Farm can work with you to take advantage of Captain's presence on the east coast. In working with Wings & A Prayer Alpacas, we have eliminated the standard $1,000.00 chute fee and will only be charging the following:
$50.00 breeding fee (Drive-by breedings will be $100.00)
$5.00 per day agistment fee. The agistment fee will not include vet visits or ultrasounds but does include all standard care such as feed and standard shots.
